Store Policies and Returns

Our goal is Customer satisfaction. You are the #1 reason we exist. It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase and have had all your questions and concerns addressed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returns and exchanges must be within seven business days. Call or use our contact form to notify us that you are returning or exchanging your purchase. Refunds will be issued two to three days after receipt of returned goods. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt and not be damaged or altered in any way.

Fred's Beds will accept returns for credit or exchange less shipping charges. Transportation is not part of the refund, meaning we will reship to you if you are exchanging, but you must return item to us postage paid.

Warranties are handled through Fred's Beds as a courtesy to you, you may also use the MFG direct if you wish and we will be happy to assist in the process. Warranty procedures vary depending on product.

Waterbed mattress warranties are valid on seam and nozzle leaks only and must be clearly marked. We will be happy to assist in this process. The warranty has FULL replacement value and prorated, for instance a free flow mattress is 1-3 years at no charge and prorates for the remainder of the term. This means that after year three, you pay a portion of the mattress price. Transportation to us or the manufacturer is not covered under any portion of the warranty. Read the warranty papers with your item contact us if you have questions.

We have over 27 years experience in Flotation and Specialty sleep and have great relationships with our Vendors. Although the warranties on products are clear, we understand that you do not work in this industry and may not be clear as to what is a warranty issue and what is not. We at Fred's Beds understand this and will work with you to resolve any issue you may have even if it is not clearly a warranty issue. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
